.999 fine means the precious metal is 99.9% pure. Every Spectres precious metal piece is produced to a .999 fineness standard, and its stated purity and weight are guaranteed by Spectres. No. The production method depends on the piece. Spectres pieces may be struck, cast, assembled or produced using a combination of methods. The method is chosen to suit the object.

Yes. Every Spectres piece is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity that records the key specifications of the piece.

No. Individual numbers are allocated randomly during fulfilment and cannot be requested or guaranteed. Every Spectres piece is individually numbered and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity carrying the matching number.

Yes. Every Spectres piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

The Ghost is the Spectres mint mark and appears on every Spectres piece. Its position varies by design. Sometimes it is immediately visible; on other pieces it is integrated more subtly into the object.

No. The Ghost is the Spectres mint mark, not an assay hallmark or sovereign mark. On legal tender releases, the Ghost is separate from the official markings of the issuing authority. The sovereign markings relate to the legal tender issue; the Ghost identifies the piece as Spectres.

A Preorder piece can be ordered now, but the unit allocated to your order is still being produced or replenished. The estimated shipping timeline is shown on the product page.

Made to Order means the piece is available to purchase, but is not held as finished inventory. Production begins after your order is confirmed. Made-to-order pieces are typically larger or more complex works that require significantly more production and hand-finishing time. The estimated production period is shown on the relevant product page and begins from the time the order is placed. Made to Order does not change the stated mintage or edition size. Only the number of pieces authorized for that release will be produced.

Preorders typically ship within up to 10 weeks, unless a different estimated shipping date is stated on the product page. Production schedules can vary by release, particularly for more complex pieces.

A product marked Full mintage sold out has sold through its entire stated mintage. No additional pieces will be produced beyond that number. These releases appear in the Spectres Archive alongside other completed releases that are no longer available from Spectres

Yes. Spectres offers free worldwide shipping on all orders with no minimum spend.

In-stock orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and courier conditions. Preorder items follow the estimated shipping timeline stated on the product page.

Import duties, taxes, customs charges and other destination fees are not collected by Spectres and remain the responsibility of the recipient where applicable. Requirements vary by destination.

To file an insurance claim, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damaged or missing item, and a brief description — we’ll handle the process for you.

Our primary courier, FedEx, does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. box is your only available delivery address, contact Spectres before placing your order so we can determine whether another arrangement is possible.

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items ship together once every item in the order is ready. If you would prefer available pieces to ship separately, place them as separate orders.

Confirmed orders, including preorders, are final and cannot normally be cancelled, changed or returned for change of mind. 

Contact Spectres within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been sent. Please include your order details and clear photographs showing the issue so we can review the claim.

Spectres does not accept returns for change of mind after an order has been confirmed, except where required by applicable law. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Handle your piece carefully and avoid unnecessary contact with moisture, chemicals, abrasive materials or cleaning products. Where possible, retain the original presentation packaging and Certificate of Authenticity. Product-specific care instructions will be provided where a particular finish, material or construction requires them.
