These limited-edition works are not mass manufactured; they are intricate, small-batch creations that require hundreds of hours of skilled craftsmanship. Premium packaging and presentation further enhance the experience. We do not simply sell silver, we transform it into collectible fine art. Comparing our pieces to commodity bullion overlooks the artistry, engineering, and labor that define their true value.

If weight alone defines value, our pieces may not be the right fit. Our collectors are investing in artistry, originality, and the story behind each creation, not just metal content. Each design is intentionally limited, meticulously crafted, and produced with a level of detail that standard bullion simply does not offer. All pieces are shipped completely at random. Each item is sealed prior to dispatch, and we do not have visibility into serial numbers ahead of time. This ensures every collector has an equal chance of receiving a low COA number, and preserves the excitement of that moment of discovery.

Pre-order items typically ship within up to 8 weeks. Each piece is produced in small batches and carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before it leaves our studio.

No. Once a design is sold out, it is permanently retired. Our limited mintages are a core part of what makes each piece collectible.

Each piece is sealed in premium protective packaging and includes a certificate of authenticity, ensuring safe storage, long-term preservation, and collectible integrity.

Shipping

Yes, we provide free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Orders require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

Your tracking number will be sent via email when your order ships and can also be found by logging into your account and viewing your order details.

If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at hello@spectres.io with your order number and we will be happy to assist.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Our primary courier, FedEx, does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. box is your only option, please note this in your order or email us at hello@spectres.io so we can explore alternative arrangements.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address, contact us immediately at hello@spectres.io with your order number and corrected details. While we will do our best to help, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be modified. In this case, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number to request a hold for pickup.

We are unable to assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you did not receive it, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. For more details, please consult your local customs office.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@spectres.io within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. We will review your case and assist accordingly.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an incorrect item was shipped. As each piece is handcrafted, minor variations and imperfections are part of the process and are not considered defects.
